Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Mendel's Brain SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
El tratamiento incluye datos personales pertenecientes a categorías especiales, tal y como se define en el artículo 9.1 del RGPD, abarcando datos biológicos (definidos en el artículo 4.13 del RGPD) y datos de salud mental (art.4.15 RGPD). En consecuencia, el tratamiento se fundamenta en la obtención del consentimiento explícito del interesado, conforme a los artículos 6.1.a y 9.2.a del RGPD, así como a los artículos 6 y 9 de la LOPDGDD. Los derechos que asisten al Interesado son:
- Tratados de manera lícita, leal y transparente.
- Limitados a la finalidad previamente informada.
- Adecuados, pertinentes y no excesivos.
- Exactos y actualizados.
- Conservados únicamente durante el tiempo necesario.
- Tratados con integridad y confidencialidad.
En cumplimiento del deber de información previsto en los artículos 12 y 13 del RGPD y en los artículos 11 y 12 de la LOPDGDD, el interesado reconoce que, mediante la presente información, ha sido debidamente informado de la identidad del Responsable del Tratamiento, de la finalidad, base legitimadora, plazos de conservación, cesiones previstas, ejercicio de derechos y medidas aplicadas para salvaguardar la confidencialidad de los datos.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
En ningún caso se facilitarán los datos individuales o información que permita la identificación directa o indirecta de los participantes. El Responsable entregará exclusivamente resultados globales, agregados y debidamente anonimizados, conforme a las garantías establecidas en el Considerando 26 del RGPD, el artículo 5.1.e del RGPD y la doctrina de la Agencia Española de Protección de datos sobre la anonimización y tratamiento de datos genéricos.
What are your rights?
Los derechos que asisten al Interesado son:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
Medidas de seguridad:
That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated to them the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
